British Wireless. July JO. The Viceroy of India, Lord Irwin, had an informal discussion at Simla, yesterday with ifiany members of both Houses of the Legislature representing all the parties. The proceedings were privato, but •t is understood that the, general situation was discussed iri a frank and friendly man nor. Lord Irwin had expressed in a lecent speech to the Legislature his desire to hear non-official opinions of the recommendations of the Indian Statutory Commission, and said further occasions would be found for consultation with non-ollicial persons from the several provinces.
