VISIT TO AUSTRALIA. PROBLEM OF OVERSEA PAYMENTS (Received June 19, 11.5 p.m.) CANBERRA. Juno 19. Sir Otto Niemeyer, a representative of the Bank of England, is to visit Australia shortly. He will confer with tho Commonwealth Government on financial matters. An attempt will be mafic to find a solution of the growing problem of providing cxchaugo to cover Australian payments oversea.
