Rear-Admiral Richard Byid and his companions aie Hearing the end of their voyage from tho Antarctic. A tiemend(us reception awaits the explorers in New York to-morrow. A tugboat carrying Mrs. Byrd and others met the incoming vessels off Scotland lightship and an impromptu reception committee boarded the City of New York, which is bringing tho rear-admiral homeward ihrough dense fog.
