INJURIES PROVE FATAL.
DEATH OF YOUNG WOMAN. THROWN FROM MOTOR-CYCLE. [by telegraph.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Friday. , The death occurred in the Waikato Hospital last evening of Miss Iris Rosa Blackwell, aged 28, of Audrey Road, Milford, who was injured in a cycling accident at Mangaiti, Te Aroha, on March . 15. Miss Blackwell was riding in :;he sidechair of a motor-cycle, driven by lilr. Norman Morton, when the cycle was overturned.. Miss Blackwell was thrown out and received internal injuries which proved fatal.
An inquest was opened to-day before Mr. F. W. Piatt's, S.M., and was adjourned after evidence of identification tar! been taken.
