[BY TELEGRAPH.—FREPS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Thursday. The Akatarawa to Waikanae Eoad is blocked by slips brought down by the rain of the past two days. They are serious, and as far as can be seen at present the road will be closed for a fortnight.
