DESIRE TO VISIT DOMINIONS. NEED OF CLOSER CONTACT. (Received November 1, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Opt. 31. The Prime Minister, Mr. Mac Donald, in an interview on board the liner Duchess of York, said: "I now want to go to South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, in order to complete the round voyage. It is impossible to say when these visits are likely to be made. " In these limes of change and evolution I feel the need for closer contact with all the Dominions of the Empire."
