FATAL MOTOR ACCIDENT.

CHARGES IN POLICE COURT. ACCUSED AGAIN REMANDED. Charges of causing the death of Samuel Loatham by negligently driving a motorcar while in a, stnto of intoxication and of being found intoxicated in charge of a car in the Now North Road, Mount Albert, on July 24, were preferred in tho Polico Court yesterday against William David Weller, ngfcd 33, a butcher. Accused was before the Court a week ago, and tho case was adjourned.

Chief-Detective Hammond asked for a further remand for a week, which was granted. Bail was renewed on the same terms as before, in the sum of £250 with one surety of £250.
