BANKRUPT'S ANNOUNCEMENT
PRODUCTION OF RECEIPTS
BRIEF AND PLEASANT MEETING. Very few bankruptcy meetings have so pleasant and prompt a termination as one which occupied the attention of the act-ing-official assignee. Mr. V. R. Crowhurst, for about a minute yesterday. The bankrupt was Donald S. Cattanach, motor-driver, of Mount Eden. His file showed £93 owing to three unsecured creditors, no secured creditors and no assets. The bankrupt reported that arrangements had been made by which all his debts had been paid, and produced receipts in full from the three creditors. "I intend to apply immediately for nn annulment of tho bankruptcy," he said. There botng no creditors present, this concluded the business.
