ACCIDENT AT HUNT.
WOMAN RIDER THROWN.
PICKED UP UNCONSCIOUS.
[BY telegraph.—own correspondent.] TE AROHA, Thursday. The opening meet of the Te Aroha branch of the Waikato Hunt Club afc Manawaru yesterday was marred by an accident to one of the riders. Miss Wiggins, of Paeroa, was heavily thrown when her horse fell at a fence. She was picked up unconscious and it was feared she was badly hurt. It was stated to-day that Miss Wiggins was making good progress.
