FINDING PUPILS' APTITUDE,

Speaking at Motueka to-day tho Minister ot Education, Hon. H. Atmore. alluded to pending changes in the education policy. He said it was necessary to revise the primary system from the fourtl standard upwards, to ensure that the teacher would be able to discover the aptitude of each child for its life's work.
