Tho election of officers resulted Patrjn. Mr. F. J. Marshall; president, Mr. D Bnsfie; vice-prosidenta, Mcsdameß C. M Ounimrr, T. E. Poole, D. D. Dandy, S. 11. 'Cornish. S. Morrow and Miss Humphreys; secretary and treasurer. Miss K. Clark; management committee, Mrs. Dawson, Misses P. Reynolds, B. Verner. T. Fitness. P. Caseby and Clark; delegates to' Piako Association. Miss Verner and Mrs. Dawson. The treasurer reported that thero was a credit balance of £5 in hand.
