ALLIES' EXPERTS AGREED. COMMON REDUCED TOTAL. (Received April It. 7.15 p.m.) L'iniea Cable. LONDON, April 10. Tho Paris correspondent of tho Times says fho Allies' representatives on tho Committee of Experts on L'epn ration have reached an agreement on the British, French, Belgian, and Italian claims based on a common reduced total, provided nothing unforeseen occurs. However, now points are continually cropping up owing to the interests of the Dominions and of the minor Allies who arc not represented at the inter-Allied dis-
cussions. A great many existing agreements also arc affected by the new proposals.
