Although steaming tho faco is not a treatment the . sports girl must often have to resort to, it is a good plan to steam it occasionally to ensure a thorough cleansing. Tho steaming should bo done at bedtime and a night chosen when there will bo no sport the following day. After the faco has been steamed, no cream, lotion, or powder should bo applied that night.
