RETURNING TO CAPITAL. PEOPLE PREPARE WELCOME. Australian nnd N.Z. Press Association. (Received November- 27, 12.25 a.m.) TOKIO, Nov. 26. Tlio Emperor and Empress of Japan, the Princes and tho Prime Minister, Baron Tanaka, left Kyoto to-day. They aro, to remain at Nagova to-night for a ceremonial and will return to Tokio tomorrow. The capital has liecri elaborately prepared to welcome the newly enthroned ruler.
