LONDON, Nov. 55, Tlio Belgrade correspondent of the Manchester Guardian reports that a message froiu Sofia says tho regular army is marching on tho Petritch district to provent Mikhailoff, leader of tlio komitadji, going to Sofia lo execute hostile Ministers.
Bulgarian refugees believe the Government is not able lo deal with Mikhailoff and is merely moving troops to cover tho continued assassinations of the lat.o General Protogeroff's followers. They say tho message was sent from Sofia to convinco the world that action lias been taken to suppress the komitadji.
