SHORTLY TO RESUME WORK. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. LONDON, Nov. 25. Sir Austen Chamberlain, Foreign Secretary, has returned to London after I.is health-recruiting tour abroad. He told an interviewer that ho is now in much better health and expects to resume work at the Foreign Offico this week.
