CHAMBERLAIN'S SEA VOYAGE. PRIME "MINISTER ON HOLIDAY. British Wreless. RUGBY. Auk. 12. The Secretary of Plate for Foreign Affairs. Sir Austen Chamberlain, is making satisfactory progress toward recovery after his illness. However, under his doctor's orders, ho has decided that when ho is convalescent ho will take a sea voyage,. Arrangements aro accordingly being made for Sir Austen anl Lady Chamberlain to leave England at the end of this month on a voyage to California by way of the Panama Canal. They will return through Canada The Minister has been ordered to take a complete rest from his official duties, and on the com•rig tour which will have no political significance, he will not speak in public. Possibly on the .outward journey Sir Ansten will make a brief call at the West Indies He expects to return to England in the first week in November. The Prime Minister and Mrs. Baldwin left London this morning for Aix-les-Baitis, where they propose to stay about five weeks.
