BIG PROPERTY DEAL.
WHOLE TOWN CONCERNED. PRICE NEARLY TWO MILLIONS. (Received November 19, 5 5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. LONDON. Nov. 19. The Earl of Derby has sold a great part of his Lancashire property, comprising tho ground rents of 22,000 houses, including practically the whole town of Bootle. Tho purchaser is Mr. Philip Hill, who is associated with the Beecliam estates and other companies. The price is approximately £1,750,000.
