MARRIAGE TO RUSSIAN. CEREMONY KEPT SECRET. (Received November 20. 7.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z.' BERLIN, Nov. 19. Princess Victoria of Schaumbourg Lippe. the ex-Kaiser's sister, has been married to the "young Russian, Alexander Zoubkoff. A civil ceremony was performed secretly in the registry office at Bonn in the presence of two witnesses only.
