The Daily.News says it expects a Royal Commission will be appointed to consider tho co-operation of State-owned wireless systems with the competing cable companies. This arises out of Canada's representations "to Britain regarding the position of the Pacific Cable Board. The board's affairs are understood to be causing concern to the four Governments interested. It is stated if the heavy losses, due to beam wireless competition, continue, the partner Governments may be compelled to defray a substantial deficit at the end of the year.
