(2) Water to be charged to the Grey Lynn ratepayers at the same price as the city ratepayers. (3) That £IIO,OOO was to be spent on the Grey Lynn roads immediately, to bring the Grey Lynn rates on a par with the city rates. These conditions were carried out. City and Tamaki Ratepayer.
