FIRE ON KOORINGA.

FINDING OF MARINE COURT. PROPER PRECAUTIONS TAKEN. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Kecd. 11.35 p.m.) MELBOURNE. July 30. The Marine Court has announced its finding in connection with the outbreak of fire which occurred on the steamer Kooringa. The Court found that all proper precautions had been taken in the loading and stowage of the petroleum, but that the cause of the explosion could not be definitely ascertained.
