YOUNG LADY MISSING.
OMINOUS NOTE LEFT. J [P.Y TELEGRAPH. -PRESS ASSOCIATION.] AVAIPUKURAU, Thursday. A sensation has been caused in the Waipukurau and Porongahau districts by the- disappearance of tho daughter of a well-known settler whose absence was discovered on Monday morning. A note was left to the effect that her body would be found in the river. Search parties have been out ever since, but as yet no trace has been found of tho young yady, who is Miss Thehna White, daughter of Sir. E. J. White, of Forongahau.
