STRUCK BY MOTOR-CAR.

DEATH OF AGED MAN. As the result of being knocked down by a motor-car yesterday afternoon Mr. Robert Thackeray Hudson, aged 84, residing at 8, Charles Street, Rocky Nook, sustained a compound fracture of the left leg. Mr. Hudson was removed to the Auckland Hospital, death ensuing at an early hour this morning.
