The Morning Post states that new pari mutuels are to be established on French racecourses. The long delay between the end of a race and the paying out of winnings has been a grave defect . in the past. It has now been decided to change to tho vastly quicker Australian totalisator system. This is a result of a complete investigation made in Australia.
