CONTINENTAL SYSTEM. BRITISH TO INVESTIGATE. (Received 12.35 a.m.) Sun. LONDON. Nov. 7. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Winston Churchill, is sending two customs experts to investigate tho Continental luxury taxes and to consider 3 their suitability for Britain.
