NGARUAWAHIA COURT.
LIQUOR SUPPLIED TO NATIVE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] NGAIWAWAHIA, Thursday. A sentence of one month's imprisonment was imposed by Mr. H. A. Young, S.M., on James Clark for committing a grossly indecent act in the main street. He was also fined £5 and costs for supplying liquor to a native. Charged with failure to pay fifteen shillings a week toward the maintenance of two children in an Auckland institution, arrears totalling £l9, William Johnson was sentenced to ono month's imprisonment.
