PACIFIC OCEAN COUNTRIES. DOMINION TO BE REPRESENTED. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Dr, M. H. Watt, Acting-Director General of Health, leaves Wellington this week for Sydney en route to Japan, where ho will represent New Zealand at a conference arranged by tho Health Section of the League of Nations. Delegates will bo present from all countries bordering the Pacific Ocean. * Tho conference will open on Ootober 18 and after some weeks' study of health matters in Japan the delegates will proceed to Korea and Manchuria, returning to Tokio for final discussions. The programme covers a wide variety of medical subjects. After tho conference Dr. Watt will visit America, where he will inspect a number of tho principal hospitals in tho United States and Canada.
