AUCKLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS. DOUBLES FINAL TO-DAY. The Auckland Croquet Association's annual tournament whs continued at the Carlton green yesterday. Following are the results : Championship Doubles.—Section A: Miss Hesketh and Mr. Murray beat Mesdames Torrence and Swales;* Mesdames Valine and Sclinauer, winners of section C, beat Mesdames Brabant and Coutts, winners of section B. Championship Singles. Miss Hesketh, winner of section B, beat Mr. Murray, winner of section C. To-day's I'lay.—At United, at 10 a.m.: Championship doubles final. Mesdames Vau.se and Schnauer play Miss Hesketh and Mr. Murray. On Friday.—Carlton, at 10 a.m., final championship singles, Mrs. Middleton plays Miss Hesketh. Fiyal handicap singles: Mrs. Bruce plays Mrs. White. At the conclusion of the play the trophies and the pennants won during the season will be presented by the president. THE OXlillUXi;A CLL'i!. An unusual record has been achieved by the Onehunga Croquet Club, which has this season won the A grade banner for the fifth year in succession. During the past year the flagstaff on the club's pavilion has carried four banners, but for the future it will be adorned with five. I
