All the Dominions except .Australia have appointed representatives to the Imperial Economic Committee. Tho preliminary meeting is delayed pending the Australian appointments. A suggestion is being discussed that, the panel system should bo followed in the case of any second delegate. This -would permit, special interests to be represented as required,
