ARREST ON MARAMA.
NEW ZEALAND PASSENGER. ALLEGED THEFT CHARGE. 'A. and N.Z. SYDNEY. Feb. 11. While the Marama from Auckland was fcteaming up the harbour to-day sho was boarded by detectives, who detained a man on a warrant which had been issued in New Zealand charging him with tbeft in connection with a partnership Jrnatter. The name of the man has not been disclosed.
