The Communist organ, Humanite, describes tho alleged letter from Zinovieff, chairman of the Third (.Communist) International to M. Cachin, leader of the French Communists, proposing a revolt of the masses in North Africa, as a stupid forgery. It compares it with the Zinovieff letter which was published in Britain on the eve of the last general election. The paper accuses the anti-Communists of desiring to overthrow tho left bloc by brandishing a forgery on the eve of the French municipal elections.
