The Morning Post gives prominence to a statement to the effect that it is understood in Roman Catholic circles in England that there is considerable likelihood of a concordat being shortly reached between the Pope and Signer Mussolini, Prime Minister of Italy. In that case tho Pope proposes to make a tour of the world. This is the most definite statement so far made on the subject, as to which there have been many previous reports.
