MOTOR-LORRY DRIVER'S FALL

CIRCULAR SAW INJURY.

Concussion and head injuries were sustained by a motor driver, Mr. Clifford Treweek, aged 40, who fell off a motorlorry he was driving in St. George's Bay Road. Parnell, at about five o'clock last evening. Mr. Treweek, who lives at 11, Mahuru Street, Reniuera, was admitted to the Auckland Hospital in an unconscious conditiou. His injuries are not considered serious

A labourer, Mr. Samuel Hartley, aged 29, of 36, College Hilll Ponsonby, was struck on the head by a piece of wood while working on a building in O'Connell Street yesterday morning. He received a huge scalp wound and was admitted to the hospital.

Through having his arm caught in a circular saw yesterday morning, a woodoarver, Mr. Harold i'erkin, aged 25, of 36, Picton Street, Ponsonby, had the mnscles and tendons of his left forearm severely lacerated.
