A message from Mexico City states that more than 32,000 Japanese agriculturists are ready to emigrate from California to various Mexican States because of the proposed prohibition against their continuing to lease or buy lands in the United States. The statement is made by Mr. Arturo Braniff, a financier interested in the matter, in a letter to the Department of the Interior.
