[bt TELEGRAPH. —press ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. FridayThe rolls for the postal ballot for tha election of nine members of the Dairy Export Control Board are now closed. The total number of dairy suppliers is 55,068, of whom 35,568 are in the North Island and 19.500 in the South. Voting papers have already commenced to come in. Up to yesterday 650 came from the South Island and 3330 from the North.
