A LABOUR ANTAGONIST. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed 8.5 p.m.) . LONDON. July 23 Speaking at Derby, Mr. J. H. Thomas, the Labour M.P., said that he believed that the naval base at Singapore was in direct contravention of the Washington Treaty. They could find better means of spending money than in finding work for Chinamen.
