NAVAL ATTACHE'S OPINION. Renter. LONDON, July 22. Interviewed with reference to the debate on the Singapore naval base in the Houso of Commons, the Japanese Naval Attache, Rear-Admiral Tamakitoeu termed the British decision as strategically sound and an almost essential move.
