EMPIRE ECONOMICS.
AGENDA OF CONFERENCE.
CONSULTATION WITH DOMINIONS.
A. end N.Z. LONDON. March 21. Mr. Bonar Law, replying to a question in the House of Commons, said he hoped the list of subjects to be included in the agenda of the economic conference would be settled in consultation with the Dominion Governments in time to allow of discussion by the interests concerned in various parts of the Empire before the conference meets. The President of the Board of Trade had already intimated on behalf of the Imperial. Government that when the arrangements had been settled he would proceed to consult representatives of commerce and industry in England. The contemplated conference would include representation of the colonies and protectorates, but the form of representation had not been settled.
