APPROVAL IN CANTERBURY.
[by telegraph— press ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHUECH. Tuesday At the annua! meeting of the Canterbury Rugby Union to-night, there was given on the voices a general approval of the retention of the kick into touch rule adopted by the New Zealand Rugby Union last season.
