The famous Oberammergau Passion players, despite their considerable profits in 1022, are suffering abject poverty owing to the increased cost of living and the depreciation of the mark.
The players have consequently contracted for a tour of the United States to produce pastoral scenes, not the Pas&ion Play itself.
