Wellington * resumed their innings, and, with the exception of Brice, played a " rock " game. ' Kortlang played a sound innings for his 53, but his display lacked style compared with Hiddlestone. The latter gave a sty- I lish and finished exhibition. McGirr and Brice were the only ones throughout the day who infused any life into the batting.
