LABOUR MODERATION.
MR. MACDONALD'S ADVICE. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Feb. 13. Labour members of the House of Commons and the party executive, at a presession meeting, appointed a new Parliamentary executive to replace the former committee. Mr. Ramsay MiacDonald, ■ ging the necessity of intensive Parliamentary action, counselled moderation, as their policy might, in the course of events, bring them into power.
