Officials of the New Zealand labour Party consider that the coming conference' in , Chrjstchurch will be . the' '< most momentous the party has ever held. ,' The report -of the executive in connection with the land policy of the.party; is instructed'by the Auckland conference will be presented. Another important subject for discussion" %111 be the method of se-, lectin candidates for municipal and Parliamentary honours. ..:; " We are getting a moje efficient organisation," said Mr. Nash, the national secretary, '• and there is more spirit in the movement "than there has ever been before.
