Now Zealand, salted and unsalted, 182b to 184s; Danish, 210s to 2125, on account of active buying from America. Cheese.—Tho market is quiet, but firm, and quotations aro about? tho aamo a3 last week, 120s to 1225.

WHAKATANE. Monday. At tho first statutory meeting of shareholders of Ihe newly-formed East Coast Co-operative Freezing Company, Ltd., to-day tho following were elected directors: — Messrs. J. Brown. J. G. Cliff McCulloch, W. C. Roberts, W. G, Sherratt, L. W, Sisam. A. It. Small, A. C- Sutherland, J. L. Vercoe, and the Hon. J. B. Gow. Mr. McCulloch waa elected chairman at a subsequent meeting of directors. A special resolution was carried giving second debenture holders tho right to vote at all meetings, but it will require to bo confirmed at a special meeting before- becoming effective. PROPERTY SALES. Miles J. Cassidy will offer by auction today at 12.30 p.m., on tho premises, 15, New North Road, corner Asquith Avenue (near Mount Albert tram terminus), on a-ccount of Mr. E. Thomas, his seven-roomed house, on easy terms; also three vacant sections, Mount Albert Road shopping centre. After the property is offered the whole of tho furniture will bo sold without reserve.
