As a result of Boomerday's successful exploit at Te Awamutu the Quin Abbey gelding has been rehandicapped by Mr. McManemin for tho Auckland Cup. and no will row be required to carry 7.2 in the Elleralio race. The two-year-old Laughing Stock has had her impost in the Nursery Handicap increased from 7.2 to 7.7. The Southern-owned filly Gold Light (by Hymettua—Simpar), who is engaged.in the Hail way Handicap with 7.5, has arrived at Ellershe. In the decision of the C.J.C. Oaks, Gold Light ran a dead heat with the Derby winner Enthusiasm, and she is expected to play her part attractively at Ellorslie on Boxing Day. * Passenger was struck out of tho Grafton Hurdle Race at 10.45 a.m. yesterday.
