ARMY AGENTS' FAILURE.
WAR OFFICE GIVES HELP. A. and N-Z. LONDON, Oct. 29. The War Office is giving temporary financial help to pensioners and other army men whose funds are locked up in the banking firm of Sir Charles R. M'cGrigor. Bart., and Company, the assets of which are not likely to realise more than 6s in the pound upon the deposits.
