REFUGE IN BULGARIA.
AGREEMENT WITH LEAGUE. A. and N.Z. GENEVA, Oct. 29.
Dr. Nanscn, representing the League of Nations, has concluded an agreement with the Bulgarian Government for the transfer to Varna of 5000 Russian refugees who took refuge in Constantinople after the Soviet's final defei:t« of General Wrangel's army in the Crimea. The American relief administration will continue to provide supplies to the refugees in Varna for several months. The agreement is regarded as another triumph for tho League in settling difficult problems.
