DESERTED BY HUSBAND. |B7 TBLKC.UAPH.~OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Saturday. On the ground of desertion, Nancy Jane Champney (Mr. Patterson) sought a divorce from Norman D'Arcy Champney in the Suprerre Court before Mr. Justice Stringer on Saturday. The petitioner said she was married in 1914. Her husband went to the war and returned in 1917. She met him on his return, and a, little later he left her without giving any reason. She saw him in 1918. when he said he would not return to her. Corroborative evidence was given and a decree nisi was granted.
