TRAGEDY AFTER A DANCE. A. and N.Z. MELBOURNE. Aug. 18. Reuben Fox, who was arrested last month, has been committed for trial on a charge of murdering Mrs. McLaughlin, whose body was found in the Yea River after a dance. Both attended the dance on the night of the tragedy. Evidence was given that the clothes Fox wore at the dance were bloodstained. Fox strongly denied his guilt.
